Dog Day Afternoon

Ugh. I sat down to work exactly 20 minutes ago. Toby has been barking for the past 19. He can't go out because it's all wet and it's going to rain again soon and I'm going to be working and I'll forget about him being out... The other dogs are all sleeping at my feet like good dogs. Why is there always one is out to drive me insane?
